My question is Can we attain 50-60 Hz Sound frequency on flowing water through tubes? while in background pump is working or other sounds are there (no noise cancellation).
What happens if we have high crossflow velocity of the water lets say 2 to 3 m/s.
You should clarify your question, because it is not understandable.
In the U.S., AC electrical power is provided at 60Hz. In general, this electrical power produces tremendous acoustic noise and interference at 60 Hz. Is this related to your question?

my question is
if I have flowing water with cross flow velocity of 2 m/s Where let’s say normal sounds are present like pump running etc etc.
in this kind of surrounding can we maintain the sound frequency of 60hz?
because I am curious with water behaviour at 60 hz which shows zig-zag flow. (If I am not wrong)
so is it possible to achieve this zig-zag behaviour of flowing water in above surrounding?
