In Hall effect, an applied magnetic field induces  a transverse voltage in a sample. However, Faraday's law states that a time varying flux creates a voltage. Is it possible to incorporate Hall effect in Faraday's equation so that  stationary and varying fluxes induce a voltage in a circuit? However, in  thermoelectricity a voltage is developed when a temperature difference between two parts arises. Can we anticipate Hall voltage to occur when a magnetic field is applied to thermoelectric sample?
