My advice is to take advantage of a search by Karthika .P

1. In order to publish papers in Springer Journal you need atleast 5 international reviewers strong in your area of expertise.

2. If you supposed to submit a paper in Image and Video Signal Processing, you have to refer 2 recent publications from the same journal

3. Your paper supposed to upgrade of or new techniques which gives better result

than the existing recent methods
