My Question: Can we find a Kinetic mechanism and calculate "Capacitive contributions to charge storages" based on the GCD curves for supercapacitor electrodes?
If yes, can you elaborate?

I think he/she may ask for the calculation of capacitive and diffusion contributions to reveal the mechanism.
You can do it by checking the CV at various scan rates.
