I need to assess the impact of various spatially distributed factors(explanatory variables) on a particular feature (dependent variable) having the same spatial attribute. Can I do this using OLS or Geographically Weighted regression?
As my knowledge, so far, ArcGIS does not provide this solution. Easier, could you try R software?
Dear Zainab Khan,
in ArcGis exist the possibility to perform Geographically Weighted Regression using OLS.

Hope this link will Help You.
You may look Python scripting (pyscipter, https://sourceforge.net/projects/pyscripter/ ) environment using arcpy package of ARC GIS.
or R is best to perform such analysis.
