Currently, it is possible to monitor air quality using chemistry transport models and calculated concentration data dissemination platforms. In a localized agglomeration of atmospheric pollutant measurement stations, is it possible to carry out a study of urban air pollution by using only the data from these models ?

This is a very interesting question. It seems that you are asking about how well near-field predictions from air pollution models can be input into concentration-response models. At the same time, you also state that there is an aerometric network of air pollution measurement stations (covering the same near field).
I will make a few observations to set up a further discussion with colleagues on Rsearcghate.
Issue 1: I am suggesting a concentration-response modeling equivalent to a Bayesian multiple regression approach. In other words, the aerometric data may be complemented by air diffusion -dispersion predictions.
Issue 2: the temporality of the aerometric data and the modeling results. Are the same time windows used? If not, there coud have been changes in the emission sources that can affect the distribution of the modeled pollutants In other words, your empirical data and the modeled data should ideally be contemporaneous.
The third issue is the specification of the concentration-response model: you should have a theoretical basis for this model and then see if the aerometric data match your theoretical model. In my own work with H2S we had problems finding the data we needed because only one station measured H2S. The other measured criteria air pollutants only. Note also that the damage may be due to lagged exposure, not contemporaneous exposures.
Finally, what is the source of the air transport models? Are these "approved" by the government or other authoritative sources?

In my country ground observation of air pollution data not existing. But, from this platform developed by Cameron Beccario, it is possible to Access at air pollution data in any geographical point, at hourly time step, from the year 2016 (for my country). So my question was to know if, by recovering from a regular points grid (for example) the set of data observed in a place, can we use these data to make a study of the temporal variations of air pollution ?

The answer to your question is Yes provided you have a pre-calibrated model for the region you are interested in and the emission database is updated. Ir is implicitly assumed that the quality of the meteorological data is very good and that your grid is of sufficient resolution.
The sites mentioned in your comment show mainly a flow field on the sphere (it is not clear which level is shown).
There are excellent air quality models that you can use, including the WRF Chem that is supported by constantly growing international community of users.
