I think, it is not possible though i am not sure about this.  I suggest to you, you should used VSM to know the magnetic properties.

you can find the structure, lattice constant, orientation etc from XRD, I suggest you to have XPS spectra from where you can find empirical formula, chemical state and electronic state of material which may be helpful to explain the physics of the material.

If it is confirmed from your XRD analysis that you got the required crystal structure then you should see the site occupancy of core elements of your material. If the elements (atom/ions) occupy the spin up state in unit cell then you can say the material is magnetic and  If the elements (atom/ions) occupy the spin down state then the material is non magnetic. This is the way you can understand the magnetic/non magnetic behaviour  of your material from XRD analysis. The site occupancy of elements within specific crystal structure can be seen from literature. 

I don't know if I correctly understand your question. For the characterization of a magnetic material clearly the XRD diffraction is not the technique of choice. The SQUID or VSM measurements are the most suitable. In your case if the substitution does not induce structural modifications it is difficult to justify the changed magnetic properties with the structure. But obviously the explanation lies in the use of non magnetic substituent . I recently worked on a silicate material that presents three polymorphs but we demonstrated that the Neel temperature does not depend on the polymorph.

I did not agree with your opinion, only use XRD is not enough to confirm the materials real have the magnetic properties. In my research, sometimes even the crystal structure have the same XRD peaks, but it does not have the magnetic properties as you think. I think the easy way is use a permanent magnetic to test the magnetic force, as for the real magnetic properties, you should use a VSM to test.

The based on spin of electrons in a material will decide the material magnetic property. As Imran sidiqi rightly said, the overall effect of electron spin within a material is the deciding factor

XRD is the technique for structural and structure related characterization. However, structure of magnetic material can be identified using ICDD files. One can extract some modified properties of the magnetic structure from the diffraction profile/peak profiles

To explore the magnetic properties, the use of X-rays is not possible and to my understanding there are no reports that reveals the ordering of the magnetic moments using X-rays and hence the resulting magnetic behaviour. 

Dear Sir, I think the best way to investigate magnetic property of the material is the VSM measurements, XRD and Mossbauer Spectra. The three measurements are important and complementary each others

Just to add to the discussion, you cannot extract the magnetic properties directly from the X-ray data, though it is possible to determine this from neutron diffraction data. However there are computational methods to compute the exchange interactions between metal ions based on the crystal structure. This is often done for molecule-based insulators where localised spins communicate via a diamagnetic ligand. By calculating all the nearest neighbour interactions and examining the symmetry you can theoretically determine an appropriate magnetic model (one-dimensional chain, two-dimensional lattice etc). This method works well for systems containing localised electrons. However if you are working on metal oxide type materials then they may be conductors and you may have both localised and delocalised electrons. This is more complex to model as you can have exchange via the anionic ligands as well as via the delocalised electrons.

Without further information its difficult to say much more.

The question raised is regarding the potential of. 

X -ray methods to explore the possibility of getting an idea regarding the magnetic properties of materials. I feel it would be more interesting to see answers on this lines 

I wish you to share the material and it's crystal system before doping with magnetic or non-magnetic substitution 

This will help others to throw some light on the relationship between site occupancy and there by the resulting magnetic behaviour. 

 There are some ways of getting magnetic aspects from xray diffraction, especially if the magnetic unit cell is a superstructure of the chemical unit cell. But this is highly nontrivial and not standard. I have never seen this done with normal XRD machines but I know people using this with synchrotron radiation, e.g. in order to map out phase transitions.

It's more likely a technique you'd invoke when knowing there is something magnetic going on, in order to study details of thermal evolution, order parameter etc. But as said before by others, it's not the method of choice to find out whether the material does possess interesting magnetic properties (whatever "interesting" may mean to you).

XRD is a technique used for characterization of the magnetic crystalline structure then it is compared with standard one in order to know the type of the magnetic material we have (e.g. Magnetite, Maghemite, .....etc). After treatment with nonmagnetic material the XRD of the new sample will be nearly the same like before treatment but the intesitites of the XRD peaks will be reduced. Simillarly, By using VSM, the saturatration magnetization of the material will decrease by treament with nonmagnetic material.

Instead of XRD, neutron diffraction may prove much useful for your purpose. Neutrons have magnetic moment and interact with nucleusof crystal while x-ray photon interact only with electron. The former has no magnetic moment.
