Will the addition of these two, having different active ingredients as the base, will affect the performance of concrete, its individual dosage etc?

Definitely you can use but its better to check the technical sheet in order to see the recommendation of the quantity that you can use. If you are using the same brand for the additives you can check with the company their recommendation. Which additives will you use?
