Can we add review details to Publons profile before the conference is conducted?

Hi,

Recently I had reviewed an article for a conference. The conference is not conducted yet. My question is, can I add this review information to my Publons profile? or should I wait until the conference is over?

It depends on the conference rules. Does the conference allow for reviewers to post publicly review information? Read the conference organisers' policy and be properly guided.
