Hello I need to perform an electrochemistry reaction with oxygen present in the medium. At this time, I do not have pure oxygen at my lab, so my question is, can water be saturated in oxygen with air? Or as it has much nitrogen, this can affect the reaction media?

Read about Henry's law. The concentration of O2 in solution which is an equilibrium with air is 5 times lower than with 100 % pure O2. N2 will not affect the electrochemistry. Keep in mind that electrolytes decrease the solubility of gases in water.
I have just discovered that you posted numerous questions on electrochemistry. This indicates that you don't have a good background on electrochemistry and need a supervisor to help you in routine experiments. Otherwise, It will take too much efforts and really long time to learn how to perform electrochemical experiments.
If all your solutions are exposed to air, they are already saturated with O2
