Children are born with innate abilities, which allow them to learn their parents' language by themselves. Can we implement these capabilities in the robots of the future? will they be able to learn any language on their own?
I don't think it's possible because Robots do things that are stored in it's memories but not that acquired by brain or nerve cells.
Why not, if we programmed robot to do learning, they will learn anything, might be superficially, not with complex human emotions; but still, it is possible through human intelligence to advance artificial intelligence.
