Airlines are global businesses and across the globe, they operate similar types of aircraft with similar regulatory restrictions (e.g. duty hours, layover duration) under the oversight of ICAO and IATA. The burnout level that the airline employees face may also be similar in such circumstances.
So my question is, can the results of a study conducted on HPWPs and Burnout in one specific country`s airline industry be generalized to the whole industry?
