My observation:

With 0.5 g of catalyst in 40 mL of model oil, the conversion efficiency increases upto 30 minutes of reaction time, but after 30 minutes, the conversion efficiency is decreasing, i.e., the concentration of the reactant in the oil starts to increase after 30 minutes.

Decreasing the amount of catalyst however solves the problem and the % conversion became almost constant after a particular time.
