Since my graduation in 2006 as an Agriculture graduate, I have been witnessing the importance and benefits of biological control agents (BCAs) over chemicals in the management of plant diseases but even after two decades, I could not observe a significant implementation of this very impactful approach even worldwide. I wish but in doubt, how come it will be possible......

Simple answer is biological methods can be efficacious and also cost effective.
Because of the issues with agrichemical inputs the use of biological controls should be given priority.
Well, I doubt it. Maybe in many many years to come. Nevertheless, the combination of the two control methods in form of IPM is possible
One must understand the biological, genetic, phenotypical, ecological, and physiological bases underpinning the beneficial actions of BCAs.
The same applies to detrimental, phytopathogenic bacteria.
In doing so, one is better able to implement biological control methods for fighting plant diseases.
The following book may help someone in grasping these understandings since « it is envisioned as a resource volume for researchers working with beneficial and harmful groups of bacteria associated with crop plants. »

Bacillus thuringiensis is one of the most effctive biological that perform close to chemicals insecticides for leps.... and are been used for resistance progrms.
Biological control is effective when the population is low and there is no pesticide application as these agents are more sensitive to these chemicals. An earlier endogram was thereafter that no resistant population was discovered. So biocontrol can be part of IPM not as whole.
Yes it's possible ONLY that we (humans) are not ready, with legislative laws, enforcement and practice it will.
It can, if only it is not going to be used as an urgent measure because it takes a while before it can be fully established and effective especially on a large scale. The ratio of the pest to the natural enemies is a major factor to be considered. Despite the fact that it is eco-friendly, i think using the integrated pest management option might be a better aproach

I don't think so it will be easy as there are many problems when we use biopesticides in the open field i.e. light, temp, and humidity may affect is results...
