I am working on general power system that integrates PV systems, Modular DAB converter and direct grid connection. My PV system gives low output power, and so the DAB converter is there to provide power from the storage. However, connecting load to the system degrades the frequency of overall system. What could be the possible solution from control perspective?

The synthetic inertia control system capability endurance and recovery would need to match the range of particular network context instability scenarios and the energy available in the wind ? It is more likely to be effective in planned switchings. Serial instabilities in storms and fire storms might be more difficult to match or match for long .
Do you have any other generator, other than your PV, in your system? Just relying on PV to supply power to meet the load is not always a good idea.
how do you model synthetic inertia? can you really get synthetic inertia from real PV system?
Yes, Bidirectional converter is connected to overall system which is feed by storage element.
What is that synthetic inertia value, compared with inertia from a 100 MW rotating machine?
