You cannot actually find diseases, but it can precisely predict that whether a baby would suffer from a specific disease or not.

But to perform this, your dataset need to be labeled. That mean for a supervised classification task each of the instances in dataset should be labeled with a corresponding disease name.

If I understood correctly, it seems you don't have any diseases associated with the variables in the dataset.
If you are curious about finding diseases, then there are many scores for pediatric, such as Pediatric Early Warning Scores,...
You can't predict at disease in this case, only a suspicion.
You can combine those variables with already available scores.
