Is there any one who have done CPW antenna in HFSS . I need to know about port and radiation box size?
If you use PML as radiation boundary you can set the distance between the radiating element and the radiation box edge to 1/10*Lambda.
I agree with the answer of Mr Rana Wport = 3*(W+2*g) or 5 times and Hport can be from 4h to 10h. The radiation box size for radiation boundary should be 1/4*lambda each side of the substrate.

Port refinement, process hf3d error: Port 1 is assigned to an internal face. Only allowed with lumped ports.. (4:08:40 PM Jan 19, 2015)
[error] Simulation completed with execution error on server: Local Machine.
To ovoid this error you have to create a thin boxe (thicness of few µm like 18 or 35 µm) assigned as a PEC instead a sheet for your waveport then select the interior face and assign it like a waveport.
