I am in need of GIXRD for electron beam evaporated thin films having 600 nm thickness. The cost of the analysis is more in some labs. I have 10 samples to do.
Please suggest me some facility where i can do analysis at reasonable cost (Less than Rs.700/sample).

I would like to inform you that UGC-DAE consortium for scientific research (three centers- Indore, Kalpakkam, Mumbai and Kolkata ) is having most of the sample characterization facilities, including GIXRD also. It is an institute of university grants commission (UGC), which provides accessibility of the characterization facility to university users FREE OF COST. Depending on available time slot for your measurements, institute will also provide you TA and DA for the utilization of the facility.

You'll have to connect with CeNSE/IISc. Not sure about access to folks outside their system. Connect with them. Check out their web site.
