Machine Learning is gaining much attention in the field of scientific computing especially with the recent involvement of large corporations like Nvidia and GPGPU approach in solution procedure. I am wondering if Computational Mechanics (CFD or FEM) has been able to get benefit from this trend. I am wondering what would be a meaningful connection between these two seemingly separated fields. Are there any softwares especially open-source softwares like OpenFOAM which implemented such methods. Or is there any Computational Mechanics software which uses the Machine learning tools like TensorFlow?
