There are a couple of options for using a genetic algorithm in Excel:
1) If your model is a spreadsheet, then you can use Excel's solver which has the option to use a genetic algorithm in the latest version of Excel.
2) If you have an older version of Excel, or if you want to have more control over a genetic algorithm in Excel, or use a GA with models written in Excel's VBA programming language, then there is a free open source genetic algorithm called PIKAIA for Excel available at this link:

Thanks so much for pointing me to those resources. Other than PIKAIA, I found there is Monte Carlo which is another option too. Let me study on them and appreciate for your offer of help.
For simplicity you can try MATLAB GA toolbox and use HFSS or any other cad for simulation.But it will be a very tedious task as the no. of generation required increases.
