Radiance is simulated with SBDART Radiative Transfer Model (RTM) at different azimuth angles and zenith angles, analyses of the radiance provide clear evidence that radiance simulated at low elevation (or at large zenith angle, elevation reaches 0 indicates horizontal observation) exhibit errors non-ignorable. All I know is that SBDART is based on plane-parallel atmospheric approximation, which maybe a potential source of the error.

Anyway, I am desperately wondering if there are some RTMs which can simulate shotwave solar radiance at low elevation (large zenith angle) more accurately, your reply would be very helpful to me, thanks a lot!
