Can someone recommend a recipe for media for the maintenance and expansion of neural progenitors cells (NPCs)?

Hello,

I am looking for a recipe to prepare NPC media (maintenance and expansion), as an alternative to commercially available preps (StemCell technologies, for example). I have a high quality frozen NPCs that I am planning to revive.

While some reagents are extremely consistent in the literature (for example B27 and N2). However, some components vary a lot , as well as the concentrations (addition of insulin or EGF, or the concentration of beta-mercaptoethanol).

I would appreciate a lot a recipe to maintain NPC for 10 passages without differentiating them further into neurons.
