I prepared a modified material with folic acid. I think that the coupling between the material and the folic moiety is through the terminal NH2 of folic acid. I need to prove this by FT-IR but I am not sure fore the exact FT-IR of folic acid. I did not find enough data especially for the position of NH2 in the IR spectrum.

There is no in the literature comprehensive vibrational analysis, generally, and in particularly employing polarized IR-spectroscopy as well. In addition there absent data about the deuterium exchange experiments and s.o.
So, for this complex from a vibrational spectroscopic point of view molecule, to the NH2-modes can be assigned:
3417 cm-1 naNH2
3326 cm-1 naNH2
1607 cm-1 dNH2?!
About characteristic modes within 700-500 cm-1 of NH2-group there is difficult to assign unambiguously any mode, because there have overlapping effect with the dC=O, gC=O, gCOH frequencies.
