Dear Asadollah , my diagnosis could be from up to down :
1 - Hyalomma anatolicum excavatum
2 - H. detritum
3 - H. aegyptium
4 - H. marginatum marginatum
For more confirmation, you should view the ventral side in order to show the important shape of sub anal , adanal , accessory adanal plates for correct classification.
From top to bottom. The first is Hy marginatum rufipes the last Hy dromedarii, the second one could be again a bit malnourished Hy dromedarii. the 3rd could be Hy aegyptium.
Please in tick identification the ventral side is important remember it if you post other pictures.
I am sure you find people in Iran with the expertise to help you. However if you pay me the ticket and offer me food and shelter I can visit you and teach you tick identification morphology dichotomous keys (plus lots of staff about camels if you are interested) !!!
