I am not in the dental field and do not have a copy of ISO 4049. HOWEVER I did Google it and found the following 2009 ISO 4049. "brief " and I hope it may help:

I saved it under ISO 4049 dental and am uploading what I have.

If this is not complete I do not think I can get any better than this as it says: "Only informative sections of standards are publicly available. To view the full content, you will need to purchase the standard by clicking on the "Buy" button ".  The Cost appears to be $138 US

An August 23, 2007 version iSO 4049:2000, Dentistry -- Polymer-based filling, restorative and luting materials   by  ISO TC 106/SC 1/WG 9  is available for $156 US  on Amazon at:  http://www.amazon.com/ISO-4049-Dentistry-Polymer-based-restorative/dp/B000XYSPW8

In Google you will find a FREE ISO 4049., however it is a 2000 version which says the following near the title " Third edition   2000-07-15"  and also: "Reference number ISO 4049:2000(E) at the bottom of the title page of the set of  pdf slides [ 7 pages or pdf slides] .   There is not link per se.

I did find a cite that will send you to a free download of ISO  4049 2009 version

Go to:  http://www.freestd.us/soft/17387.htm                                                       then click on the phrase: "Click to get more information"     which should send you to: http://www.freestd.us/FullText17387.htm which will say:  Download astm standards free, but I think it is really for the 'catalog' description:   But when you get to that link, it allows you to look at ASTM and ISO as well as others.

And finally you may want to try to contact them directly for possibly sending you a free copy of the newest version:   [email protected]
