Can someone advise on what is the typical value of feeding power and/or voltage for a mobile antenna, or which are the reference ranges of values?

In brief: max avg power is about 24dBm in CDMA phones, depending on the class of the terminal. In GSM, max power is limited to 2W peak/125mW avg (21dBm) for class 4 terminals, since there is 1 to 8 timeslot allocation.

RF chain is still 50 ohm. In case of 100% adaptation for 125mW (21dBm) voltage is 2.5V, and for 2Wpeak (33dBm, GSM) voltage is about 10V. However, efficiency of mobile internal antennas is usually (much) below 50%, so you must take into account conduction and dielectric losses in near field. Most terminal antennas are needing impedance adapting circuits.
