I think the topic can be more specific like for example education status for acquiring skills to be financially independent for Muslim Girl Child. This way you can incorporate computing skills, accounting skills, handicraft skills, cooking skills, etc., to start a small business or inclusivity into the current workforce.

Talking about management perspective, more explanation is required. I am looking at management perspective from two angles.

1. How the education of Muslim girls can be managed for optimal result

2. The perspective of institutional managers on the education of Muslim girls.

Which of these two angles better reflect her study? Once I know this, I can make a more meaningful contribution on how she can go about it.

I should suggest to look to at social work's management perspective through 3-e concept of economization, efficiency, effectiveness - or, better - 6-e concept of economization, efficiency, effectiveness, equity, equality, ethics. And to consider the New Public Management concept and practise of private sector methods in public administration (social work)/versus/New Public Governance concept and practise, as openness, transparency, pluralism, social quality, social responsibility, social justice, active non-governmental organizations role. There are authors who consider NPG as opposing to NPM, but there are authors, who consider NPG as a supplement to NPM.
