Hi ResearchGate colleagues,

I am looking for a quantitative tool to measure the presence of voice hearing in a sample. I am looking for something that will capture presence, frequency, and distress (though also any other component that the literature suggests is important). I am aware of a number of measures and I have previously used the CAPE in similar work (on paranoia). However, I want to ensure that I have the best tool possible for my investigation.

If it helps, my investigation seeks to establish the presence of voice hearing within a particular population, with a desire for added richness that could come with an understanding of how frequent / intrusive the voice are, the distress (if any) caused by the experience, and any other relevant components that can be included in quantitative analysis.

Thank you!

Alex
