Can somebody help me to use FISAT II?

I have intalled FISAT II on my PC (W8). Actually i need to run it with data that i stored with excel.Can you help me step by step how can i edit this data on FISAT and how can i create a new file and convert excel files on lfq files, after i can run FISAT's model.I had already put this data on the lenght classes.
