I did the ring opening polymerization of caprolactone (CL) using hydroxyl contain dual initiator with DPP catalyst for 1h at 30 oC temp in Anisole. After Complete the reaction I precipitate in diethyl ether then I dried and give the NMR but I didn't get the initiator peaks for calculating the MW of Polymer.
What was the initiator concentration? NMR is not very sensitive at low concentrations, especially if overlapping with other components.

If the initiator is embedded into the polymer one of the most frequently used method to study the structure is MALDI-TOF on oligomers. If you can stop the polymerization in the oligomer stage you may try to use NMR. GPC may also be helpful, especially is you have access to preparative GPC combined with NMR.
What initiator did you use? What was the percentage yield of the reaction?
