Is there a term that include paracrine/autocrine (eg. cytokine and chemokine modulation) and endocrine, proteome, genome & metabolome disruption?

In the past I have used the terms EDCs, protein modulators and immuno-modulators separately. Lately due to the fact that I investigate more broadly I see more and more chemicals with multiple effects such as estradiol which acts via endocrine system but also have effects on chemokine, cytokine, proteome, genome and metabolome regulation.

Suggestion from my side are: Omic Disruptor Chemicals.
