Imagine a scenario, I am required to train machine learning model on ABC data-set. There are few pre-trained models trained on same ABC data-set. Can I use these pre-trained models in my research work for publication task? I will do modifications to the existing pre-trained model architecture as per my need.
Also, asking just for my knowledge. Does the publication hub ask to submit codes(actual programming) with a paper stating work details?
