pCAMBIA2301 is binary vector having GUS gene and promoter (CaMV). I would like to develop the begomovirus infectious clones for creating the disease in mungbean/urdbean plants.
Yes you can use it but I suggest you to remove the Gus and other unnecessary cassette to make it smaller and user friendly vector.
Yes you can. You can use it both for direct delivery in plants using DNA preparations at high concentrations (total amount approx 50ug per leaf) or for agroinfiltation using appropriate dilution and agrobacterium strain. You should substitute the GUS gene that , if I understand correctly, is between the 35S promoter and terminator with the viral genome
For direct delivery, how can it can be used. Is there any buffer required? please let me know
