It is well known that certain plants suck colored water through roots and this color is reflected on their leafs. In similar way, nano-particles of metal (such as gold, which is not chemically dissolved in water) may be transported through root of a plant. If this happens, the plant leafs may accumulate the metal particles to produce same color to these leafs (such as golden color). Whether it is possible to produce golden leafs or golden surface of a fruit?
