kindly let me know/suggest , how can we burn or decompose biodegradable waste using Rf and Microwave Heating effect with out releasing smoke or less smoke ?
Microwave heating can be used to boil off the water content of waste materials or, at lower temperatures cause the water content to be evapourated. Microwave drying and curing is commonplace but this is not directly "burning" and the "smoke" would, in fact, be "steam". However, once wet/damp waste has been dried like this and if microwave heating is continued, the waste could be heated to such an extent that it scortches, chars and eventually could be set light, and so burning and smoke could ensue. Also, metal objects can give rise to hot spots and arcing which, in turn, could start a fire. I am not aware of any other clean biodegradation effects of microwave heating.
To obtain a higher temperature, carbon powder or particles can be used. Carbon uniformly mixed with degradable material. Also we used this method when it is necessary to heat material with low losses.
