Is local adipose tissue (such as abdominal) can regeneration after liposuction at same location?

If not, why? Unlike liver? We well know that liver cells could regeneration fast after partial surgery.

How to confirm in vivo that whether white adipose tissues/cells repairing?

It has been speculated that mature adipocytes dedifferentiated in vivo is a self-repair mechanism (Liao Y et al (2015) PloS One 10(4)), while only confirmed in vitro using a ceiling culture method.

Last question, why no one research about insulin's role on adipocytes dedifferentiation?

I wish anyone could give me some idea and suggestion. Thank you very much for your help.
