 I can answer for some of your questions. Based on the regenerating capacity of a cell, cells can be classified based on their cell cycle as active cells ( which actively regenerates without any external stimulus), stable cells( which regenerates upon stimulation) and permanent cells (does not regenerates at all). Fat cells come under the category of permanent cells. They will either hypertrophy or shrink(atrophy) but never regenerate. Unlike the liver cells which are the stable cells, fat cells are permanent cells. When someone undergoes liposuction, a significant number of fat cells are removed. So the rest of the cells in the body can either enlarge or shrink depending on the nutritional status of the patient.

Thank you for your comments. There was concept that permanent cell does not regeneration.

We know that mature adipocyte ( human or animals) could through dedifferentiation process (initiated by unknow factors) and regain ability to re-differentiation and transdifferentiation, at least in vitro.  I will write you more later. The power here will shut down.

basically liposuction is not a permanent treatment for obesity ,that is why different methods of bariatric surgery are used instead of liposuction as obesity returns following it and there r two types o white adiposde tissue ,brown adipose tissue and a third kind ,or attack is made on bat or trying to get white adfipose tissue to differentiate into bat by various irisin and other methods and there are various markers for differentiation for bat,wat and the bat like wat i am not recalling their name and multyiple markers whose attachment i will send laster .and hence adipose tissue is a dynamic area

Hi, guyes, thank you all a lot. But my point is "Is local adipose tissue (such as abdominal) can regeneration after liposuction"? We knwo that mature adipocytes and adipogenic differentiated cells could re-differention in vitro once the adipogenic medium has been changed to growth mediu. These de-differentiated cells could re-differentiation to mature adipiocytes, so that, again, my question is: is local remained adipose tissues could regeneration/reparing, because of liposuction? Hope someone could answer directely, thanx.

After liposuction, if there is regeneration, people believe that mature adipocytes generate from pre-adipocytes, which one derive from stem cells and then accumulate lipid droplet inside cells and become mature adipocytes. Dedifferentiation is mostly shown in vitro, but whether it could happen in vivo, i think more studies are still needed to be done.
