People having low level of income can not afford purchasing of proper food with good nutritive value. In many cases, they are not having knowledge of hygienic practices. Many of them live in unhygienic environment also. So, a good portion of such people suffer from malnutrition and related diseases.

But many people having sound economic condition and having degrees of education also suffers from diseases caused mainly for deficiency in proper nutrition. Technically it may be called that these diseases are due to improper nutrition.

Is it another type of malnutrition?

Or malnutrition do not depend on economic condition of the people?
