I have long measurements to run. So my sequence become very large for ppms to handle it. When I break them in parts it works. I want to know if there is any way with ppms that I save the parts of measurements in new sequences and write another sequence to call those different sequences one after another and continue my measurements.

Well, Thanks for the note Harkat.
Later, I actually figured out how to do that. There is a command 'chain sequence' (a similar one as 'run sequence' in MPMS) in ppms, which actually calls saved sequences and run them. All you need to do is write and save sequences and then write a new sequence with 'chain sequence' command and run it.
