i want to use local rabbit instead of rats for my experiment and i do not Knew if is this problem when i finish and i want to publish in ISI journal ? PLZ can you guide me
I am not from your field, but I do not think it would be a problem what you have used for experimental instruments unless you violate the ethical guidelines of the journal. So, it is better to read the ethical instructions of your target journal, if you have any doubt. Also, your question may not valid only for the ISI journals (I suppose you mean journals indexed by Web of Science), but for others as well. High quality, potentially higher impact articles would be considered by any journal, if they satisfy the journal guidelines.
Accepting any article is subject to the review and publishing procedure of the journal itself. The question here is about where to publish or in which journal to publish.
