can I use Factorial Anova?

I have two independent variables -

The first variable is 'Mode of study' with two levels (values) regular and distance

The second variable is 'Institution' with three levels (Inst A, Inst B and inst C)

My independent variable is 'students digital experiences' measured in 3 points Likert scale

I intend to know if there is any interaction or difference between the mode of study and institution on students digital experiences

I want to know if it is possible to use factorial Anova analysis (2*3). If no then I will need your suggestion on the best analysis in SPSS.

Hope you will help me identify a good statistical analysis for this problem.
