I have a model that contains a binary dependent variable (use, not use), I use structural equation model for examining the model using AMOS.
Also, what is the best method to assess the common method bias (I watched James Gaskin's videos but he used different methods).
Lastly, how can I assess the moderation effect of a variables consists of 3 or 4 groups ?

You can use Harmon One Factor Test followed by Common Latent factor to check for CMB. In addition, you can produce group differences in AMOS to check for different moderating group. This will provide more fruitful results.

You can have binary dependent variable.
You can check CMB using a common latent factor and compare the standardized weights.
If you have 4 groups, you can check the assocaition between IV and DV for each of the groups. If the independent is categorical, you can also use ANOVA.

You can also use a logistics regression analysis (logit or probit model) using SPSS or other tool.
