I want to simulate PMSM motor energy recivery using non isolated multi input bidirectional dc dc converter with battery and supercapacitor as two sources with supercapacitor acting as source during transients intially and energy storage during braking.Could you kindly provide simulation details for this in MATLAB SIMULINK

I think PMSM machine model can operate as motor or generator in depending on applied torque. So, the mathematic model of PMSM is useful for your works. Now, you can create a controler model to control battery and supercapacitor as you want.
