IEEE 13 node feeder has been modeled without a voltage regulator block. The load flow results in simulink are little more than 65% accurate. I connect the HydroQuebec (R) 100 KWp PV model on node containing the switch. The active P of loads is matched with PV output but Q supply is more than Q demand, in the island. I look to test my proposition---P/Q balance in a healthy grid can itself lead to creation of unintentional island. Something can lead to tripping of an upstream relay dur to sudden decrease of grid-current.
