In this paper, CZTS nanoparticles were dispersed in ethanol to form a stable ink solution and Thioactamid was used as a source of sulfur.

As respects, ethanol in the preparation of CZTS nano-ink leads to damage to the perovskite layer during the deposition of the hole transport layer. What solvent Can I use untile both make a stable nano-ink and not damage the perovskite layer?

Dear Asghar Rismanchi in the attached article, o-dichlorobenzene has been suggested as an alternative solvent. You could also try if oleylamine can be used directly as a solvent.
