I would like to add a coating layer onto a bone plate however, I am running into question I am unsure about. Most of the papers I look through do not have a detailed info on their dipping method.

I know there are other coating methods that might prove to be better but right now I'm wondering about dip-coating as that's the machine available in the lab right now. The coating surface is titanium. Solution will probably be PLA.

Is it possible to do a thorough coating on all the surfaces of the bone plate in one dipping? I have tried extremely small wires to minimize surface area partially uncoated (due to the wires blocking) but it doesn't feel like the best method. There's also problem with bone plate's shape.

I did try switching sides (removing it from dipping process, put the wires on the opposite end then restart), but I feel like this is an extremely inefficient way to do it.
