I am seaeching for soil enzyme activities, and thinking about measuring cellulase and xylanase activity with dns method, is it right ?

Nope. DNS is a method for the estimation of Total reducing sugars, not for enzymatic activity measurement.
@Archana Mishra By detecting the produced reducing sugars from the degradation of cellulose. Maybe we can mesure the enzymatic activity as follow
@Baraa Rehamnia yes you can measure the enzyme activity by correlating it with total reducing sugar or say substrate concentration. but, DNS method can only give you the reducing sugar concentration.
