I have a novel polymer solution, which I can spin coat on different substrates. I want to know how to calculate the dielectric constant of this novel polymer material.? If I spin coat can I use the ellipsometer to find out the dielectric constant because here is how to find the model for novel material in ellipsometer?

The dielectric constant is the ratio of the capacitance of the capacitor with test material as the dielectric to the capacitance of a capacitor with vacuum (or air) as the dielectric.
