I need to induce immunosuppression in BALB/c mice. I have a protocol that suggests a daily administration of 40 mg/kg/day i.p., as in many papers I have found.
I would like to reduce stress situations in the study, does anibody know if I could get the same effect administering the cyclophosphamide orally?

Thanks for your answer, but in all the attached files the administration of cyclophosphamide is i.p.
I think you can induce the oral administration of Cycloposphamide normal taking into account the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics Cycloposhamida primarily mean strict dosing according to body weight of the animals (mice)!
