I am running microfluidic experiments. I have only water and oil saturation data and flow rate. Can I get the brooks-corey relative permeability by the only water and oil saturation data?
You can have an aproximation if you know the characteristic constant (lambda) that define the uniformity of the grain size distribution, and use it as Corey exponent.
You can determine that constant through Capillary Pressure Centrifuge technique.
