Dear Brittany,

For preparing 10 ml of ABTS (7 mM) - potassium persulfate (2.45 mM) solution:

2 ml (12.24 mM) potassium persulfate was added to

38.4 mg ABTS, then the volume was completed to 10 ml with sodium acetate (20 mM).

This ABTS solution was then stored in the dark at room temperature for 12–16 h.

This solution must be used within two days.
